Virtual Business Incubation Program

The CleverX Virtual Business Incubation program assists entrepreneurs and business owners to successfully ‘roll-out’ new business ventures and strengthen existing enterprises.   The program includes:

• Business mentoring support for business owners
• Business performance monitoring
• Business performance evaluation
• Digital marketing and social media mentoring
• Assistance and advice for future business expansion and growth
• Assistance developing and expanding sales and distribution channels
• Assistance to source investment and other capital for the roll-out and development of business

Our program varies from two to three years depending upon the nature of your business and the in industry in which you will operate or are already operating. CleverX is interested primarily in commercial ventures with the potential for rapid growth and multiple areas of income.

We also look at charitable industry ventures provided they are built on solid commercial principles and have sustainable monetisation capabilities across the entire scope of the venture; this concept is a challenge for most people wishing to enter into the charity space.

Applying for Business Incubation

If you wish to apply for our incubation program you may submit a two page summary of your venture by email to incubation-request@clever-x.com. We will respond within two working days whether the opportunity fits our current focus. If interested, you can then book a time to discuss the merits of the venture by phone or Skype. You will need to schedule up to two hours for the call, respectively twice one hour. Mutually convenient times will be agreed once the call is booked.

You will be asked to forward further documentation in advance of  the call. All information is treated under the terms and conditions of our standard non-disclosure agreement (NDA), a copy of which is available upon request.

The cost associated with this call is $250

Not quite ready for business incubation?

If you are not able to pass our proprietary evaluation process we have a range of business services to enable you to start developing your idea or building your business. The aim is to help you reach a point where your venture can pass our proprietary evaluation process for virtual business incubation.

One of the reasons you may not be eligible for business incubation by CleverX is if your business idea is at one of the following points in its life-cycle. In this case you can access our services on a commercial basis until you are in a position where you can pass our proprietary evaluation process.

Alternatively, you should seek out subsidised organisations to help you develop the basics and return to CleverX when you are better positioned to present your venture to us. Some of the areas we treated solely on a commercial basis are:

• Identifying business opportunities.
• Conducting pre-feasibility studies on proposed ventures.
• Preparing Feasibility Plans to identify critical success factors, financial viability, strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to business proposals.
• Business Plan development (including Marketing Plan, Financial Plan, Personnel & Resource Plan, Operational Rollout Plan, Security Management Plan, )
